Bellini Champagne Cocktail
The luscious flavor of peaches combined with champagne make this sparkler a winning cocktail for ringing in the new year!

Ingredients

chilled fresh peach puree or nectar

peach liqueur such as Schnapps (optional)

|
|

chilled champagne or sparkling wine (Prosecco is the authentic choice)

|
Directions:
Pour peach puree or nectar into a champagne flute.
Add optional peach liqueur.
Top with chilled champagne.
